Weimer is a Board Certified Neurologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of
such disorders as Headache, Migraine, Alzheimers, Parkinsons, Stroke and
Epilepsy. He received his Pre-Med undergraduate, Medical graduate and Neurology training
at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After serving as Chief
Resident, he joined the University of Pittsburgh Neurology Department as a Clinical
Instructor and researcher. Then, in 1985, he moved to Southern California to establish his
own private practice. Dr. Weimer is a Diplomat of the American Board of Neurology and the
National Board of Medical Examiners and he is a Member of the American Academy of
Neurology, The American Association for the Study of Headaches, The American Medical
Electroencephalographic Association and The American Association of Electromyography and
Electrodiagnosis.
